Combine the graham cracker crumbs,one-fourth cup of sugar and butter.Take it out whatever you used and press it into the bottom and halfway up sides of a 9-inch pan.

In a large mixing bowl,beat cream cheese until it smooth,add 1 cup of sugar into the bowl.Beat in into it's fluffy.

Get a new bowl and add lemon rinds.One at a time add the eggs.Beat.pour in the pan.Over the crust.Bake 300 f for 60 minutes.Turn off oven.Leave door open for 30 minutes.

Combine the sour cream,2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla.carefully speard over cheesecake.Return to oven for 30 minutes with door ajar.(which i don't know what that means)Remove from oven and refigerate for 3 hours.You can add any fruit on top of it.
