Ingredients
8 oz snap peas
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion sliced
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
4 med new potatoes cooked and sliced 1/2 inch thick
 
Instructions
in med 3 qt saucepan bring the peas broth onions parsley and pepper to a boil and cook 2-3 min stir in potatoes heat through about 2 min
