Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
6 whole wheat tortillas, fajita size
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilis
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
1.5 cups sharp cheddar shredded cheese
 

Instructions
Tear the tortillas into bite size pieces and put in the bottom of a 9 x 13 cake pan In a seperate bowl, mix the Ro-Tel and soups together. Add in the chicken and mix again. Pour the chicken mixture over the tortillas Top with cheese Cover with foil, pierce to vent, and bake for 45 minutes to one hour.
