Ingredients
4 baking potatoes (1-1/4 lb.)
1 lb. ground beef
Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
 

Instructions
HEAT oven to 425ºF. PRICK each potato several times. Bake 45 min. or until tender.
MEANWHILE, cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package. CUT slits in tops of potatoes; top with meat mixture and remaining ingredients.
PECIAL EXTRAFor added heat and flavor, top with sliced jalapeno peppers.SERVING SUGGESTIONFor added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.HEALTHY LIVINGTrim 70 calories, 9 grams of total fat and 4 grams of saturated fat per serving by preparing with lean ground beef, KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
