Fry the bacon until brown and crispy; drain on paper towel. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the cream, salt and pepper; whisk well. Arrange the cheese and bacon evenly in the bottom of a greased 9 1/2 glass pie plate. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese. Bake at 350º 35-40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
