Whole cut chicken
Olive oil
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Salt
Black pepper
All spice
Herbes de provence / Bouquet Garnis
 
Instructions
Pat olive oil on each piece of chicken. Add water, salt and all other spices on each side.
Put in oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
