Heat oven to 350° (325° if using dark or nonstick
pans). Grease bottom only of rectangular pan,
13x9x2 inches, with shortening or spray with
cooking spray.
Mix cake mix, butter and eggs in large bowl with
spoon until dough forms. Stir in peanut butter
chips. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 16 minutes. Cool
completely, about 1 hour.
Stir frosting, peanut butter and milk in medium
bowl until well blended; spread over brownies.
Place jelly in small bowl; stir until smooth. Drop
small teaspoonfuls of jelly evenly over frosting.
Swirl jelly with tip of knife for marbled design.
For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered
in refrigerator.
