Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat Butter and Sugar together until very smooth
Beat in eggs
Mix in dry ingredients until blended
Fold in Cranberries and chips
Will be VERY stiff.
Divide dough into pieces that will fit on your baking sheet
Use parchment lined baking sheet or grease baking sheet
Shape the dough into logs and then mash down so the
dough is about 1/2 inch thick - make them the size to fit
your baking sheet.
The dough is very sticky - dampen your hands to keep it
from sticking too much.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes or until you can handle the dough.
Slice into 1/2 inch thick cookies - stand them up on the
cookie sheet so the cut side is up
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool to room temp before storing.
Serving
Suggestions
Really good with red wine - or milk - or coffee - be aware, they're very hard
