1 medium red bell pepper

1 medium green pepper

10-15 baby carrots, sliced

1/2 small onion

1-1/2 cups broccoli

1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves

Instructions |

|
Slice mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots and onion.
|
|
|
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes.
|
|
|
Add broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, onion and garlic into skillet. Sprinkle in oregano, salt and pepper over veggies.

|
Stir and toss 3-5 minutes or until veggies are tender but crisp.
