     WINTER FROGMORE SOUP

Ingredients
Onion - 1 large
Red Potatoes - 1 Lb.
Chicken Breast - 1
Kielbasa Sausage - 8 Oz.
Olive Oil - 2 tsp
Water - 2 1/2 C (adjust if use broth)
Chicken Bouillon Cube - 1 (I'll use canned broth)
Beer - 1 can or bottle
Frozen yellow corn kernels - 1 1/2 cups
 
Old Bay Seasoning or other seafood seasoning - 2 tsp
Shrimp - fresh or defrosted, peeled - 8 Oz
Black Pepper or Tabasco Sauce to taste

Instructions
Chop onion Cube and peel potatoes Chicken into 1/2 inch pieces Slice sausage in half lengthwise, cut into 1/4 inch slices Heat oil in large pot/pan/Dutch oven Add onion, potatoes, chicken and sausage Stir, cook until onion is tender and chicken not pink Add water, bouillon cube (or broth), beer, corn and seasoning Bring to boil. Cover Lower heat and cook until potatoes are tender Add shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes until shrimp are no longer pink. Add pepper or tabasco to taste. Serve immediately. Serves 6 (Is good even without the shrimp)
