Chop onion
Cube and peel potatoes
Chicken into 1/2 inch pieces
Slice sausage in half lengthwise, cut into 1/4 inch slices
Heat oil in large pot/pan/Dutch oven
Add onion, potatoes, chicken and sausage
Stir, cook until onion is tender and chicken not pink
Add water, bouillon cube (or broth), beer, corn and
seasoning
Bring to boil. Cover
Lower heat and cook until potatoes are tender
Add shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes until shrimp
are no longer pink.
Add pepper or tabasco to taste.
Serve immediately.
Serves 6
(Is good even without the shrimp)
