Heat olive oil and butter in large skillet
Add onion and cabbage (and sausage if using)
Cook pasta and drain (keep warm)
Cook onion and cabbage until wilted with top of pan on
Add butter as needed
Add pasta and stir
Either add sour cream when ready to serve or have
available on table.
