Instructions |

|
In a medium mixing bowl, cut kernels from corn, stir in eggs and milk.

Add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix gently.

Heat bacon drippings in a skillet on med high heat. Drop batter from 1/4 cup and cook until delicately browned.
