Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup 1% plain instant oatmeal
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 Tbsp chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1/2 banana, sliced
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
 

Instructions
Whisk everything but the banana and yogurt in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until set. Let cool for a minute or two. Top with the banana and yogurt.
