3 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

1 tsp cinnamon

3 eggs beaten

1-1/2 cup oil
|

1 tsp vanilla
|

1-8 oz can crushed pineapple
|

2 cups mashed bananas
|
|
1 cup chopped nuts
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
|
|
|
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, do not use mixer. To the mixture, add beaten eggs and oil, stirring well.
|
|
|
Stir in vanilla, pineapple (undrained), bananas and nuts.
|
|
|
Bake in bundt pan for 45 mins to one hour, until done.
