     Duck Breasts Grand Marneir

Ingredients
Duck Breasts
1 cup orange juice
1 cup beef bulluion
1/2 cup grand marneir
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce (optional)
Flour for dreging duck breasts
olive oil
 

Instructions
Pound duck breasts, flour and brown in olive oil. Place in a 9x12x3 casserole dish. Cover with sauce. Cover casserole dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
