Combine green pepper and 12 jalepenos in blender. Process tell finely chopped. Pour into large pan. Stir in vinegar.

Bring to boil. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Strain thru 2 layers cheese cloth. Throw away pulp.Should have 1 cup liquid.

Stir in salt and sugar tell dissolved. Bring to boil over medium heat. When it comes to a boil that does not stir down, boil for 1 minute.

Stir in pectin and chopped jalepenos. Ladle into sterile jars. Seal jars in hot water bath.
