Freeze in an ice-cream maker, adding the chocolate
chips and fudge just before the ice cream is
ready. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a
large freezer proof container, then cover and
freeze for about 2 hours, or until just frozen.
Spoon into a bowl and beat with a fork to break
down the ice crystals. Return the ice cream to the
freezer for an additional 2 hours, or until almost
firm. Remove from the freezer, beat again with a
fork, and stir in the chocolate chips and fudge.
Return to the freezer for an additional 2 hours,
or until firm.
