Ingredients
1 round sourdough bread loaf
1/2 cup chooped celery
1/2 cup chooped red peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
2T. butter
1 lb. velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
few dropes hot peper sauce
 

Instructions
heat oven to 350. cut thin slice of top of bread loaf; remove center, leaving outer shell. cut removed bread into bite size pieces; spread onto baking sheet. add bread shell; replace top. bake 15 min. cool slightly
meanwhile, cook and stir celery,peppers,onions in butter until tender. add cheese; cook on low until melted. add broccoli,rosemary,hot pepper sauce; cook until heated through,
pour into baked bread bowl. serve with toasted bread or crackers or vegs
