     Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
Cut up chicken enough for 4 to 6 people
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup rice
1 soup can water
margarine
salt pepper to taste
 

Instructions
pour UNCOOKED rice into baking dish
Salt and pepper chicken place over rice
in a seperate bowl mix soup and water, you can use milk here for creamier consistency, pour over chicken and rice, dot all over top of chicken and rice with pats of margarine, for crunchier rice leave uncovered for softer rice cover with aluminum foil
bake 350 degree oven for one hour. if not ready to serve you can turn oven down to lowest setting and leave warming for up to an hour with no ill effects.
