Combine cabbage and carrots in large salad bowl.
|

|
|
Mix remaining dry ingredients together and combine thoroughly.
|
|
|
|
Pour liquid ingredients over cabbage and carrots and stir.
|
|
|
|
Refrigerate at least two hours before serving (overnight is best). Stir well before serving.
