     Breakfast frittata

Ingredients
6 strips of bacon
8 oz (half a log) of sausage
1 cup of shredded cheese blend
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1 cup shredded hashbron potatoes
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tbls flour
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
In oven proof frying pan cook sausage and bacon drain all but two tbls grease and add onions cook until onions are transulscent. Set aside
Fry hashbrowns in bacon and sausage grease until lightly browned on both sides
Add eggs bacon and onions back to frying pan and in a bowl mix eggs milk and flour salt and pepper eggs stir in 3/4 cup cheese. Fry egg mix in pan WITH potatoes and meat. Stir lightly until mix is half set
Top eggs with remaining cheese and place pan in 350 degree oven for 15 minites of until eggs look almost completely set.
