     Filipino Torta

Ingredients
8 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c milk
1 c oil
2 c self rising flour
melted butter
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In large mixer using paddle attachment, mix egg yokes, sugar, milk and oil. Little by little add, flour.
Pour into 6 large fluted cake pans evenly lined with coffee filter.
Bake 25 minutes. Remove and top with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
