2 pkg- 4 serv each- instant lemon pudding/ pie filling
1/3 c sugar
2 T powdered sugar
1 T grated lemon peel
2T lemon juice
Instructions
preheat oven to 350.
prepare cake as pkg says.
pour into grease 13x9 pan.
set aside
large bowl- pour in milk and water.
add dry pudding mix and sugar- whisk 2 min or until blended well.
add lemon juice and peel- mix in.
pour over batter.
place on pan on cookie sheet
bake 55 min- 1 hour or until center is clean.
cool 20 min- sauce will thicken.
sprinkle with powdered sugar.
spoon into serving dishes to serve warm
store in fridge.
