stock pot- combine granulated sugar and corn syrup.
heat and stir until bubbly around edged, then 1 min more.
stir in PB until melted.
add rice and corn cereals and mix until coated.
press into pan

med saucepan- melt 3/4 c butter.
stir in powdered sugar, pudding mix, and milk.
spread over cereal layer, set aside.

sm saucepan- melt choc chips and remaining butter over low heat.
spread over pudding layer.
cover and chill 1 hour or until set.
lift out of pan by foil.
cut into bars.
store in fridge for 2 days.
