med glass bowl- add PB, butter, and choc chips.
microwave on high for 2-3 min, stirring after 1 1/2 min, until chips are soft and stir into PB.
Do Not overheat!
pour melted mixture over cereal and toss to coat. use 2 large spoons
place powdered sugar into large bag.
pour cereal mix into bag, toss and shake gently to coat.
allow to cool and store in airtight container.
