1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust

1/2 c mayo
|

2 T ranch seasoning
|
| |
1 t garlic powder
|
| |
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 c broccoli, chopped
|
| |
1/2 c red pepper, diced
|
| |
1 med carrot, sliced
|
| |
1/2 c sliced black olives
|
|

1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

Instructions |

|
|
preheat oven to 425
sprinkle flour onto pizza stone
unroll pizza dough and shape into circle, roll dough to edges
|
|
|
|
combine mayo, seasoning, and garlic- whisk together.
spread over crust to within 1 inch of edge
top with 1/2 mozz cheese
|
|
|
|
sprinkle cut up veggies over mayo mixture, then top with remaining cheeses (mozz and parm)
|
|
|
|
bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown
remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes
cut into wedges and serve
|
