Stir together crumbs and butter. Press into sprayed 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Combine sugar and flour; gradually add to cream cheese, beat just until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until blended after each. Stir in vanilla.
Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Cool on wire rack. Cover and chill. Cut into bars.
