In a resealable bag, combine first 4 ingredients; add fish. Refrigerate 30 min.
Drain and discard marinade. Arrange fish in a 15x10x1 baking pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 12-15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
