     Moroccan Beef

Ingredients
1 C. chopped fresh parsley
1 C. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 C. grated onion
3 T. lemon juice
2 T. olive oil
1 T. ground cumin
1 T. ground coriander
1 T. paprika
1 T. cider vinegar
 
1 T. ketchup
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. minced fresh gingerroot
1 t. Thai red chili paste
Dash salt and pepper
2 lbs. beef top sirloin steak

Instructions
In a large resealable bag combine all except beef; add beef. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill beef to desired doneness.
