     Tomato Topped Snapper

Ingredients
1 (3/4 lb.) red snapper fillet, cut in half
3/4 t. salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 C. canned diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 T. chopped onion
2 T. chopped celery
1 T, minced fresh parsley
1/8 t. celery seed
 

Instructions
Sprinkle both sides of fish with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place in a 11x7 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over snapper.
Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
