     Hot N Spicy Flank Steak

Ingredients
3 T. brown sugar
3 T. red wine vinegar
3 T. sherry or reduced sodium chicken broth
3 T. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 T. canola oil
1 1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 t. paprika
1 1/2 t. chili powder
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
 
3/4 t. garlic powder
3/4 t. dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 lbs. beef flank steak

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine first 12 ingredients. Pour 1/3 C. marinade into large resealable bag; add steak. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
Grill steak to desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade. Let stand 5 min. and slice across grain.
