Dissolve 2 tsp. of sugar in 3/4 cup warm water at 105 degrees F. Add water to oversized bowl, then add yeast to water. Let sit for ten minutes, then stir until yeast is dissolved. Add 3 cups of water and yeast mixture to bread mix.
Mix thouroughly until dough is smooth and not sticky (10 minutes on mixing machine).
Place dough on floured surface and cover with cloth, let rise 45 min. Punch down. Divide and mold according to the size of pans. Let rise in pans 30min, and bake at 400F for 30min.
