remember white sauce stuff if for lasagna (see below)
2 pints milk, 80g flour, 100g butter, salt
buy appropriate pasta
Instructions
finely chop onions carrot celery parsely garlic. cover onions with olive oil and fry till translucent not brown. add other chopped ingredients for 5mins. add mince and brown.add tin of toms and tom puree. put chicken cube in mug of water and add. add basil and nutmeg. simmer till reduced to your taste. taste during cooking for addition of salt or a little pepper.
i usually double up recipe and freeze leftovers or make lasagne. will keep for week in fridge in container
for white sauce for lasagna-
Layer up lasagna as follows- butter, lasagna, bol, bech, parmesan, repeat
mum precooks the lasagna (6 mins) but last time i made it , it was too watery... so need to regulate lasagna cooking time, make sure i reduce the sauce right down and make sure the white sauce is well thick.
