Shred your potatoes and cook them at steam for 10 mins.After pill them and add 1 egg. Add the flour little by little. You need to get a ball no-sticky. Salt it and pepper it if you need to.

Press each liitle piece with your fourk. Let the gnocchis good floured in your refrigirator for 30 min.

Cook your pastas and when they come at the surface of the water they are ready. Finaly add the sauce you want and eat it !
