     14 Karat Cake

Ingredients
2 cps flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cps sugar
1 1/2 cp oil
4 eggs
2 cp grated carrots
 
8 oz crushed pineapple
1/2 cp chopped nuts
3 1/2 oz flaked coconut

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease 3 9in round pans.
In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set asisde. In large bowl combine sugar, oil and eggs mix well. Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut mix well. Add flour mixture mix well.
Pour into 3 pans and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
