whisk flour, baking powder, spices and salt. set aside.
beat butter until creamy, then add sugar, and eggs one at a time. gently fold in the pumpkin puree and the milk. Add flour mixture and blend into the batter
Bake until muffins are puffed and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
400 degrees for 25 minutes.
