2 cups hot mashed potatoes

4 oz. cream cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

1 can vegetable soup

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 375 F . Brown meat. Mix potatoes, cream cheese and 1/2 cheddar cheese and garlic until well blended.

Drain meat. Add veggies and soup. Spoon in 9 in dish, cover w/ potatoes and cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
