     Golden cupcakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup of white or whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of milk
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180ºC (350ºF).Butter and flour the cupcake tins.
In a big bowl, whisk in cream the butter and the sugar. Add the eegs, once at a time and whisk between each addition.
In an other bowl, mix the dry ingredients, add them to the liquid ingredients and altern with the milk.
With a ice cream spoon, distribute the paste in the cupcake tins. Bake 20-25 minutes, in the center of the oven. Cool down on a shelf.
