     Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 - 4 boneless chicken breast
3 celery sticks
1 package chipped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup sweet salad pickles
1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
2/3 cup reduced fat mayo
 

Instructions
Boil chicken breast until done (20-25 minutes)
In food processor, shred chicken and celery.
Mix together in large bowl the shredded chicken, shredded celery, pecans, crushed pineapple, sweet salad pickles, sour cream, and mayo. Refrigerate over night for flavors to blend.
