Take off the sausage's envelope and keep the flesh.

Mix the sausage's flesh whit the egg, the crumbs and tje oregano. Make a homogeneous dough and put salt or pepper if you want.

|
Cut the cheese in little brick and coat them with the sausage's preparation.
|
|
|
|
Put the nuggets on a plate and bake them 12 min at 400°F.
