Cook potatoes, dice up in bowl.

Cook bacon and add to potatoes. Do not throw out bacon grease.
|
|
|
Dice up onions and add to bacon grease and cook onions until translucent.
|
|
|
Add vinegar to bacon grease and onions; let come back to a boil. Add slightly beaten egg, then add mixture to potatoes and mix.
