     Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1/2 C. balsamic vinegar
1 T. brown sugar or molasses
1 t. tamari or reduced sodium soy sauce
1/8 t. ground ginger
4 (4 oz.) salmon fillets
 

Instructions
In small saucepan bring vinegar to boiling over medium heat. Boil gently, uncovered, for 5 min. or until reduced by half.
Stir in remaining ingredients except fish. Brush on salmon.
Grill 4-6 min. per 1/2 inch thickness, turning and brushing with glaze until done.
