     Beef Tenderloin with Fresh Herbs and Horseradish

Ingredients
1/4 C. olive oil
1/2 C. horseradish
3 T. grainy mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 lbs. beef tenderloin
2 T. coarse salt
1 t. pepper
2 T. fresh rosemary
2 T. fresh thyme
 

Instructions
Stir together first 4 ingredients. Coat beef with mixture and refrigerate overnight.
Season with last 4 ingredients.
Grill to desired doneness.
