     Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) pkg pound cake mix, divided
1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
5 oz cream cheese, room temp
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5x2 in loaf pan with cooking spray.
To a medium bowl add 1/4 cup cake mix and toss blueberries in it till well coated. Set Aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, stopping to scrape sides of bowl between additions.
Reduce mixer speed to low; add remaining cake mix and milk alternately in 3 parts, beginning and ending with cake mix. Once well incorporated, increase speed to medium and beat until light and fluffy.
Fold blueberries into batter by hand. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake 55-60 min. Cool in pan for 10 min before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
Serving Suggestions
Lightly sprinkle top with powdered sugar if desired.
