|
Cut veggies into large chunks. Toss veggies with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
|

|
Roast at 375 for 30-40 min, tossing every 10 min. Debone roasted chicken. Mix veggies with cooked orzo and chicken.

|
|
Mix olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
|
|
|
Pour over pasta, veggie and chicken mixture.
