     Caribbean Pork

Ingredients
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp corriander
12 oz beer
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp salt
1 tsp allspice
 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
12 oz chicken stock
4-6 lb pork roast
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except pork and pour into large crock pot.
Add pork, cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
