     Meat Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 large onion
Chopped Garlic (I use minced in a jar about 1tb or so)
1 sm red pepper (I use a chopper and chop them fine)
2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
 
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
2 tsp sugar
3 drops Tabasco
1 6oz can tomato paste

Instructions
Brown the meat and onion together. Add the garlic and red peppers till peppers soften a bit. Then add everything else except the tomato paste. Cook until done, use the paste to thicken at the end. This is how I would do it on the stove. just add more water like maybe 2 of the crushed tomato cans filled with water instead of just a cup.
You may even be able to put it in the crock pot for like 8-10 hours
