In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soup mix and water. Add the chicken, potatoes and onion; seal bag and toss to coat. Tansfer to a greased 13in x 9in x 2in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken juices run clear, stirring vegetables occasionally.
