     Veal and Cabbage

Ingredients
VEAL
1 to 2 lbs veal
1 egg
2 tbsp cold water
3/4 cup bread crumbs seasoned to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
garlic power to taste
dash of salt
 
CABBAGE
shred cabbage
2 onions rough chop
1 small can tomato juice or sauce
8 oz water
1/2 cup grape jelly
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
mix all veal ingredients well and make small meat balls
Put all cabbage ingredients in large pot ,add veal balls cook medium heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
