     Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp oil
3/4 cup milk
1 egg 1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
TOPPING
1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup flour
Instructions
Beat together 1/3 cup oil, milk,egg, Mix in flour sugar, and baking powder.Then add 1 cup blueberries
Pour into greased 9 inch pan
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.Drizzle with last 2 tbsp of oil and 1 cup blueberries.Bake at 375 degreers for 45-50 minutes
